Instructions for authors

Format of Oral Communication

The duration of each oral communication is 20 minutes.

In order to be able to favor a time of exchange with the audience at the end of your presentation, we advise you to make a presentation of 15 minutes and to keep 5 minutes for the possible questions.

Format of Written Communication

Posters must follow the standard A0 format (84.1 x 118.9 cm) and must be presented vertically.

In their presentation, authors must respect the following parts: Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion. The objectives of the study should be clearly stated. A References part can also be added.

Format of abstracts

Abstracts have to not exceed 400 words

Abstracts have to be redact in french

Format des Communications Orales

Le temps imparti pour chaque communication orale est de 20 minutes.

Format des Communications Affichées

Les posters doivent respecter le format A0 classique (84,1 x 118,9 cm) et devront être présentés à la verticale.

Dans leur présentation, les communicants devront respecter les parties suivantes : Introduction, Méthode, Résultats, Discussion. Les objectifs de l'étude devront être clairement énoncés. Une partie Références peut également être ajoutée.
